Lifter head

Nov 12,2025

What it is:
The contact tip installed on a lifter or ejector pin, bearing friction and wear; designed to be replaceable.

Typical applications:
Any area where the lifter or pin contacts the molded part, especially high-wear or special-shape regions.

What it solves:
Modularizes high-wear components → fast replacement, cost-effective maintenance; different materials can reduce friction or prevent sticking.

Common materials / construction:
Base hardened steel + replaceable tip (brass, copper alloy, ceramic, or plated); usually taper or snap-fit design.

Common issues & maintenance:
Tip wear or detachment; replacement is fast and easy.

Selection tips:
High-volume or high-wear locations strongly recommended to use replaceable heads; choose tip material based on adhesion or high-temperature conditions.
